Hi, we're Elizabeth Confections, and our passion is creating elevated gluten free treats! 

 

Whether shared with a friend while catching up, or enjoyed during a quiet moment to yourself, we strive to make life a little sweeter, without the gluten.

 

Founded by Dale Elizabeth Robertson, a professional pastry chef and chocolatier. After being diagnosed, she struggled to find truly delicious and high quality gluten free desserts that were more than just substitutions. Indulging in dessert should be a special moment, irrespective of dietary limitations, and we are dedicated to crafting products that guarantee an elevated experience, from start to finish. We handcraft all of our products in small batches, right here in the Ottawa Valley. From rich Belgian chocolate, to the finest sea salt, we source premium ingredients to ensure a truly luxurious, indulgent moment.
