Hi, we're Elizabeth Confections, and our passion is crafting elevated desserts with an innovative, yet light hearted approach. 

Whether shared with a friend while catching up, or enjoyed during a quiet moment to yourself, we believe every day deserves a special, sweet moment.  Indulging in dessert should be a fun and memorable experience from start to finish, and we believe that dietary limitations should not hinder that. We handcraft all of our products in small batches right here in the Ottawa Valley, to ensure the freshest and highest quality product. From rich Belgian chocolate, to the finest sea salt, and even pure 24k gold, we source premium, gluten free ingredients to ensure the truly indulgent moment that you deserve.
